Processing Times

We design and 3D-print many of our lighting products in-house. Because these items are [made to order / printed on demand], please allow 2-3 business days for production before your order ships.

Other products in our catalog are fulfilled through our supply partners and have separate processing times of 5–13 business days.

Orders containing both types of products may arrive in separate shipments at different times.

Shipping Times & Carriers

Once processed, estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic ([your country]): 3-5 business days
• [International, if applicable]: 10–15 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and begin once the order has been processed and shipped, not at the time of purchase. Some items fulfilled by our partners may ship from [location/overseas] and can take longer to arrive.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your order includes multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Delays

We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. [International only: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.]

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us at [email] immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages
